I am surprised and appreciative of the work Mike and his crew did on our car. This location is in Livonia and I thought I would have to drive to another, all the way to Madison Heights, because of my previous dealings with a company over there.
At any rate, I called Mike and he said he would take a look. He did…and within an hour the air conditioner in our 34 year old vintage convertible was fixed! No appointment necessary, no drive across town, no day exhausted looking for knowledgeable help.
Mike acquired a new customer that day and I found a reliable technician! Doesn’t get much better than that! Well, it wasn’t free…but what is?
