Where are they?
Took my truck in as well as my wife's crossover Chevy to have some codes read. After they were complete I was verbally given a list of items, beyond the codes, that they stated were needed repairs. It's been 2 weeks and we have yet to receive the written quotes for the "necessary work". I was in about a week ago and was told that our quotes were "next". We still have not heard.

Part of the "necessary repairs" for my wife's vehicles included the need for new brakes and tires all the way around. I thought this weird since I had recently had brake work done on the vehicle. Went to Les Schwab and they found that the brakes and tires were sufficient for several more months. And this coming from a store that thrives on tire and brake sales.

There are other issues but I just don't have time to deal with all of it.,

If there was a way to give them a half of a star I would. Not happy.

Long wait & poor customer service
Arrived at 8 am (scheduled appointment time) and the receptionist, Heidi, was not there. My car was received by a mechanic who wrote my information on a piece of paper because he told me that he didn't have access to the computer. Heidi showed up about 30 minutes later. I was waiting for my oil service (which I normally do) and she began chatting with another customer. At about 9 am (1 hour after my appointment) and after she finished chatting with the other customer, she approached me and told me that it was going to take more time because they forgot to order the oil filter. I was irritated and asked how much longer and she said about 30 more minutes. After 20 minutes or so, she called to ask if she needed to go get the oil filter and was told it was on the way. My car was not finished until 10 am (2 hours!). I went to pay and had to wait 20 minutes as she couldn't figure out how to print a receipt and an estimate for tires and brake pads. I finally asked her to email the receipt and estimate to me so that I could leave.
This is not the Elite Automotive we have been frequenting for years. I understand that there was employee turnover but it should not take 2 hours to get an oil service done. I have also been calling your business since the 28th of December and no one answers. I finally got through today, 1.3.22, to ask questions about the estimate I received. Heidi apparently couldn't remember or be bothered to look up the mechanic notes so she asked me to bring my car in so they could look at it again. My answer was no. Guess I will be looking for a different shop.

Pre-sale inspection
Brought a vehicle in I was thinking very seriously about buying. Glad I did! They found a few things wrong with the car. Nothing too major. But it gave me some bargaining chips to take back to the dealer. The dealer didn't see things the way I saw them so I didn't buy it after all. Thank you Elite Automotive! You may have just saved me a very bad headache!

Awesome customer service and Quality work
Great people, great job, done at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. So far best shop I’ve taken my cars to. 2012 mazdaspeed 3. 2000 Acura integra gsr. They are able to get it all done, in a timely manner. Bob is the goat at customer service.

Excellent service
I’ve been going to Elite Automotive for several years now with all my car problems and I am always 100% satisfied with their work. They are honest and dependable. One time they gave me an estimate on my car and I said go ahead and when I got the final bill it was almost $200.00 less then what I was quoted, they could have very easily kept it at the original amount but they didn’t. Elite will always get my business.
