I’ve had a lot of issues with my car before so I’ve taken it to many auto shops but I have never been treated with such kindness until Shell El Dorado. I brought my car in this past week to Moe and he went above and beyond to ensure I got the best service. He was kind enough to loan me a car until my car was finished at the shop considering my car was my only form of transportation. I work long hours so I wasn’t able to pick my car up right away but Moe was flexible and kind enough to let me pick it up when I could. I was taken care of every step of the way. You can tell when someone takes pride in what they do and how they care for every customer. Moe and his team are the most kind and efficient shop!! Came in to do an alignment. Was taken care of very promptly. Had an issue with the alignment and was explained the issue with knowledge and professional. Great explanation and great job by all.
Overnight this fault developed. The technicians at El Dorado Shell jumped in and replaced a known issue part and had me back on the road that evening. No worries.
