I bought a vehicle from Edwards in December 2022. They sent me off the lot with a vehicle that needed serviced 2 weeks after buying it. I continued to service the vehicle regularly when I took it in June of 2023 for a routine oil change they told me it needed an alignment, I trusted they knew what they were talking about so I went ahead and let them align the vehicle. Take note I had no problems with this vehicle prior to the alignment. Not even a month later and less then 2,000 miles after they Aligned the car we were traveling home and blew a tire. The tires were worn so bad on the inside from a bad alignment one blew and one was on the verge of blowing. We called the dealership and they said there was nothing they could do until they could see it, which I get that it’s hard to say what’s wrong without seeing it. We bought two new tires to get home took it in to them on a Tuesday morning 8:30am. We didn’t hear from them all day about 3 we tried calling and left a message because nobody answered the phone no call back waited until 4 called again no answer left a message no callback. Finally we went down there to discover they did nothing with the car never called us to tell us what was wrong when we got there they said that there was physical damage they wouldn’t take responsibility for said something was bent and the strut was bad which mind you they have had my vehicle in for regular service and never mentioned this before. They said they wouldn’t make it right so we ended up taking to another place where they stated it was clearly a bad alignment and if what they said was bent was actually bent they wouldn’t have been able to align it properly. I have never had so many problems with a dealership as I have this one and will never ever buy another vehicle from them or give them my business. They also told me my warranty wouldn’t cover any of the damage because it wasn’t a factory defect. We tried calling another Hyundai dealership to see if they would fix the vehicle under warranty and they told us they couldn’t honor our warranty because we didn’t buy the vehicle from them. It’s been a hot mess to say the least.
