The repairs were completed more quickly than expected, and looked great, just like new. Communications via text messages were very timely, and all interactions were friendly, courteous, and professional. They even cleaned my car prior to my picking it up. It was spotless, both inside and out, and a lot cleaner than when I dropped it off. Since this location is part of the State Farm network, I was not stuck in the middle between State Farm and them. They were able to communicate directly with State Farm providing all needed info, and even accepting payment for the repairs. I did not have to worry about any of that.
