Earl said the service was very good. The business needed to wait for another facility to bring the correct oil in order to complete the service. This took several hours and caused an unexpected wait.
Kiara said another place told her they couldn't do the oil change on her vehicle due to a crack in the oil pan. The staff at this business found a leak in the engine and they told her they could do the oil change by putting something in her engine to stop the leak. She stated she felt they were trying to look out for her. Her vehicle is running nicely now.
