Absolutely unprofessional horrific experience buyer beware
Every single aspect from car being an absolute mess under the hood to the sales , mechanics had me change my own battery in the parking lot after they killed it changing the serpentine belt 3 months in guess what that's not covered nor is the alternator they power washed....fell $250 dollars behind due to a funeral cost tried to make arrangements was told to borrow it from someone and than a month later after I made my usual full payment they repoed it and sued me....I have proof if anyone has questions please feel free to get ahold of me

We take these matters very seriously. Upon review of your case, we have records that we serviced this 2012 Chevrolet Cruse in November of 2022 (covered by warranty) and in July of 2024. We do not know who serviced this vehicle between those two dates. For any vehicle's best performance, we encourage regular maintenance and service by certified technicians.
