Chasity said she brought her vehicle in for an inspection service and although she wasn't completely familiar with what all this included, she thinks they should have checked her fluids and they didn't. Her transmission fluid was bone dry. She added they didn't do what she asked them to do. A weird light is on her dash, as well. She said she brought the vehicle in to check what was loose or broken under the vehicle. She needs to bring the vehicle back and she is concerned. She stated she usually adores the service here.
