No nonsense, professional, honest service
Dylan and his team are friendly, straightforward and up front, no BS, no run-around, and perhaps most importantly no surprises. They say what they're going to do, and do what they say they're going to do. They're busy (good sign), but communication was great with proactive updates and follow through. Reasonable rates for quality service, especially initial inspection / diagnosis work, which is typically credited back if they do the repair (not sure if that's always the case, but my guess is that's the norm). These are clearly good people doing honest, hard work and our oil pan replacement went exactly as quoted in the time frame indicated (rather fast - day and a half from drop off) with a positive, hassle-free outcome.
