Friendly, helpful, took extra steps to ensure a positive outcome
I went in for an inspection sticker, they gave me a list of essential repairs that ran into the thousands. When I told them of my limited means, they offered suggestions for effecting the repairs within my budget. It took a little longer, but I now have a valid inspection sticker. Then, I had asked them to put it in the center, behind the rearview mirror, but the mechanic had stuck it where the old one had been in the lower left corner (where my dump sticker has to go). They put a new one on where I had requested, no fuss, no big deal. A small accomodation, perhaps, but it makes my life easier. That's what service is

Brakes work fine no squeaking anymore
Everything was good. Call me with problem. Told me what I needed to fix. It gave me the amount and took care of it all in the same day I like their service I like the people.

Car Checkup
As a woman, there’s nothing I fear more than having to deal with my car. Eric made EVERYTHING seamless and he not only listened to my concerns, but he CARED. Eric and his team were able to assess my car for inspection, perform the necessary maintenance and recommend future services needed for the car and myself to remain safe. Would highly recommend Duval’s to anyone, but more specifically any woman seeking a car MD.
