Susan said she called and made an appointment over the phone and when she went to drop her vehicle off the night before, they didn't have her on the schedule, the person she talked to originally on the phone didn't put her on the schedule. They told her they couldn't take her because they were booked so she rescheduled for another day and took her vehicle in the night before that date and dropped it off. It was a little aggravating because she had to make two trips. It was her first time there but she will come back again. They were very informative and they let her know what they were doing. It was done that same day, and they called her and gave her options for payment.
