Oil change at Dred Scott Automotive
My experience at Dred Scott was great. The oil change was finished faster than I expected and other things were checked before I even had to ask. They were so thorough and polite. I live close to the station so I walked home but they picked me up when the car was done. That’s another plus. Great service!! Lee Koehler

Bill said there was an issue with the shocks that were put in his vehicle, they did a road test but the shocks turned out to be faulty. Other than this one minor incident, overall the service has been excellent, he's been going there for a long time and their service is good. His whole family goes there, as well.

I called because I had a couple of things that I needed checked out on my vehicle
As always, I was greeted over the phone by Ryan. He is so professional when talking to him about your vehicles needs. He listens to what you have to say and ask all the right questions to try to pinpoint the problem of your car. I got my appointment the same week that I called in and received a call before they started doing any of the work.

I will never take my car anywhere else because they are honest, and have never suggested doing something to your car if it’s not needed. They do excellent work. We have been a loyal customer for over 10+years

I had Dred Scott Auto do an update that my dealer usually does for about double the price.
DSA did it and I am very pleased with the level of service I received.
