Botched service!
I took my vehicle to Doxon for a transfer case service and an oil change, and it was a terrible experience.

First, during their multi-point inspection, they somehow got rocks and leaves into my blower motor. Instead of taking responsibility, they were rude and condescending, blaming me for having leaves in my cabin air filter—despite the fact that I bought the vehicle just a month ago with all filters replaced. I have paperwork to prove it, and I had zero issues before bringing it to them.

Later, when I went to another shop for a transmission service, I found out that Doxon botched my transfer case service. It was leaking badly because they didn’t replace the gaskets and overfilled it!

I strongly do not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. Grant was especially rude and condescending.

If you have issues with them, file a complaint with the BBB—they won’t take you seriously otherwise.

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid This Dealership at All Costs!

I’m beyond furious with this dealership. I bought a 2016 Ford Escape from them for $14,000, and after just **4 months**, the car breaks down with major issues. I’m now stuck paying **$6,000** for repairs that should not have been necessary for a car that’s barely been driven.

What’s even worse? I reached out to the dealership multiple times, hoping for some accountability or assistance. **No response.** They took my money and disappeared, leaving me to foot the bill for a car that clearly wasn’t worth the price they charged.

Now, with $6,000 in repairs, I’ve essentially paid **$20,000** for a car that’s still not reliable, when I could have spent that money on a newer, better vehicle. This is an absolute scam. Save yourself the trouble and find a dealership that actually cares about their customers and stands behind their products.

I’ll never be back, and I’ll make sure everyone I know knows how poorly I was treated here.

On 11/07/2020 I took my vehicle in for service. When I got my vehicle back, my handicap placard was missing. The service people STOLE my placard. Does Toyota care? No, I've called them repeatedly, left messages and they refuse to call me back.

Cookie Cutter Dealership
I was looking for a Lexus ES 350 and contacted Doxon. I've never heard of this place so I thought it would be a smaller personable experience. I was trading in my Lexus IS250 which retail that $24000 trade in value $17000 according to Kelley Blue Book because it have low miles and it's in great condition. The young lady I thought I was working with by the name of Kerry said that She did know too much about Lexus so she had a guy named Liban to come talk to me. Keep in mind when I walked into the dealership I told the lady that I did not know that this was a large dealership and from my experience large dealerships treat to pretty crappy. She said we've been around since 1938 and we are a family owned business so I was going to give these guys a try. Back to Liban, The add to as if he really didn't care and that when I was explaining to him really didn't matter this was the deal he had for me take it or leave it. They offer me $11500 for my car which was unbelievable. Especially when the low value was $17000. I also the told him That their vehicle was over priced And he insisted that it was not and I told him I had proof and when I showed him other vehicles that were the exact same vehicle but cheaper he could not say anything. Mind you I have a one credit and my financing was already approved to what I wanted to buy. I just wanna say congratulations to Liban for successfully allowing me to leave with my $26000.00
All I was doing was trying to get the best deal for me and his rudeness and lack of interpersonal skills allowed that dealership to receive $0.00 dollars from me. Doxon is not a family business just the same ole same ole cookie cutter greedy dealership. I'm a radio announcer I'm going to make sure that my 12000 member of Facebook group do not ever go to this dealership

Hollie makes me want to come back
Hollie my service girl. I come back specifically to see her. She makes my time spent there worth while and I truly feel like i get the best service from her. She even caught that my vehicle uses a different type of oil that lasts 2x as long. Which saves me from having to come back so often!

A lying dealer
Do you want to know what Doxon Toyota is really like? They cheated me. I’m an autistic woman, so they eagerly pulled a number on me. However, I’m an analyst with a photographic memory. I purchased a car from them in May, but it took this long for me to be free of any sort of retribution. Part of this was due to my not having bought a car in several years, but that is no excuse for how they treated me.
Before even dealing with these people in first place, one must have a plan of action. I did not know that the place for comparable vehicle searches was Craigslist. Always have alternate vehicles in mind before entering the Doxon showroom. Trust me, they will always low-ball on a trade, and they will do their best to confuse a buyer about their offer.
I purchased a 2013 For C-Max hybrid with 79,000 miles on it. I did not know these vehicle were available cheaply everywhere. First of all, Doxon is not qualified to service this kind of a hybrid, so I have no idea service preparation they performed. The car seemed to drive okay, but that is really only possible to troubleshoot after driving the car for a while.
I was ready to go look at other cars, but that set into motion the Doxon high pressure sales routine. I wanted a receiver hitch for my bike carrier, so they promised me one, as if it were going to be free. Still, I wanted to get my trade back and take a break.
Then they promised that they would do all my C-MAX servicing and give me a free loaner. They also said I needed Lojack, because hybrid batteries were high theft items. They offered me a two-year service contract form Zurich. Well, it was not exactly from Zurich, but from a broker in California.
Read the printed sales contract carefully, and especially watch out for detail printed over lettering already on the contract. They charged me $650 for the receiver hitch, but it was all printed over lettering on the contract. I did not need Lojack, since no one wants to steal a C-Max. It was all more high pressure sales. Go to the internet and look up Zurich. There are hints that ever getting coverage is very difficult.
I am very intuitive, and my C-Max had hints of major, future problems. The local Ford dealer could not seem to troubleshoot everything properly. This C-Max could at once have been a lemon.
In December, I traded in the C-Max to a better C-Max that ran like a jewel. I lost $7,000 dollars with the Doxon car. I waited to write the review after they paid me the money left on the Zurich contract. They have no hold over me now. Perhaps I should have sued Doxon, but I’m not vindictive. As a point, several years ago, a West Seattle cheated an autistic man. A lawsuit was made, the dealer lost, and they went bankrupt.
I would certainly like to get my $7,000 back. I hope by making this review, I can make buyers going to Doxon super cautious, and I don’t mind if I cause Doxon to lose a lot of business.
As a added comment, Doxon has no complaint or user feedback setup whatsoever. The service department, afterwards, told me that they can only change the oil and filter on a C-Max, but no major services at all.
