Panic Moment Resolved
After having a flat tire and putting the spare tire on , my car would not move forward without lurching and stopping. I thought the engine was damaged and I dreaded having to get a new car. I called Downtown in a panic and asked if they could look at it. Not only did they get me in without an appointment but they determined the spare tire was too small and a new tire was all I needed. They were great in my time of need, this is the best place I have ever been!!!
