Tom said they got the seat into upright position. Then he ordered the new switch part. Scheduled repair for1/21/2026 @ 1 PM,
part was due to come in on the morning of appointment. I arrived at 1 PM, the technician took my car back. Seat had new switch installed under 30 minutes. Always impeccable and quality customer service by Tom. Quality repairs and accurate estimates to completion of any work done on my car.
