Shady practice
Not the best dealership but also not the worse. Most places make you feel welcome and ask if you want coffee or water when waiting. I ended up buying a car after a long process. The sales manager likes to play word games. The sales person was inexperienced but friendly. Make sure to read all the paperwork as they will not go over them with you and don't sign until you verify what the car price really is. I don't recommend this place but I am glad I got a car I liked. Honestly if they had gone through all the paperwork I wouldn't have bought it. Used a "total price" instead of the actual car sales price. Never assume how much the tax/fees and warranty would be yourself and verify everything. The sales manager basically took the car price we agreed on from the extended warranty price. Dealers can mark up the warranty price as high as they want. I felt bad for the finance person as they lost their commission. I would avoid this place. Their justification is that they aren't responsible for going over paperwork. Maybe it's just a courtesy that actual good dealerships do to go over paperwork with you. It's still my fault for not going over everything myself. So word of advice if you go here which I don't recommend: Go through everything and don't sign unless it's very clear. My mother was actually looking at a new Hyundai and talked with one of the sales reps on the floor but I told her to stay away from this place as it's shady.

Software update recall
Service completed the update in less than two hours. They mentioned it was a motor update but the guy at the service desk couldn't explain any further details about it. Last time my husband brought his car in for a similar update, an error kept (and still continues) popping on his screen everytime he turns his car on. I wanted to double check same thing wasn't going to happen to my car after my software update. Specially because with my husband their solution was to bring his car back and pay for a scanning check up. So far, nothing out of the ordinary has popped in my screen. Now, I just realized my car was due for an oil change at the time but I wasn't told anything about it. They have all my car info in their system, I've always brought it to the dealer for service after buying it at the same dealer. I guess they are there just to follow steps and not read anything else on their screen. This is definitely not a personalized service.

Service issue
I have done my service first time in this dealership, i requested oil change and tire rotation. But they have done their job half done, They haven’t rotated my tire and told me that they have done their job.

Frictionless service experience
I've tried Doug's service multiple times now. The first 2 times I had a bad experience with the check-in agent. I believe she is not working there anymore. I went multiple times after that and all agents are friendly, respectful, and helpful. Last time they provided pictures to show the issues they worked on even though it was covered by the warranty.
