Fast and on point with diagnosis
Called and a person answered the phone. Told them what was needed, appointment set, repairs completed and no surprise when billed. Always a level of trust with Dorman's.

When I needed a new vehicle I shopped around a lot of places the dormans had the most competitive pricing and an extremely friendly staff.
Since I purchased my vehicle from them their service has been impeccable they sent me in promptly if I have to reschedule they're very accommodating
They're nice to you you come in and it's a comfortable place to wait the weights never that long.
I have already recommended friends and I will continue to do so

Great Service & reasonable prices
I found Dormans on the AAA service section. Called and got a diagnosis appointment the next day. I really appreciated the video to show what was wrong, the customer service, the quickness of getting my Truck fixed and the financing that was available. I will be getting my car fixed and inspected there to. I will be a return customer in the years to come. Thank you Rick you were amazing.

Quick and Efficient
My experience with Dormans has been a pleasure. From State Inspections and oil changes to autobody repairs, Dormans is an excellent Auto Center for all your needs. Maria, Derek, Rick, and everyone there have pleasant attitudes and are always there to help. We will continue to bring the business vehicles along with people.

My son's car
We purchased my son's car at Dorman's in Seekonk. We couldn't have been happier with all the sales reps there! Then we needed to get a new battery and have a few things looked at on the car. My son was in an accident right after we had the battery replaced so we brought it to Dorman's in Pawtucket, fixed the car, changed out things that "may need to be replaced soon" and they did it all under warranty. I will take all my cars to be fixed here because they are honest, efficient and friendly!
