I called three times regarding an oil change and spoke to Roy each time. He was very nice and answered my questions. The third time I called was regarding a note on my smog results saying that it was recommended that I replace my transmission fluid and I was hoping to set up an appointment. Roy was able to see that it was an old note and advised that I didn’t need it. I appreciate the honesty and saving me money. Thank you so much!
