Car was excepted as I waited for about 30 minutes as a nice man informed me that I had not installed the air filter correctly. He also stated he had cleaned fuel system problems.
I HAVE A NEW CAR WITH 47,000.00 That has never run this good from the day I bought it new!
Wayne said he had purchased a 2012 vehicle from a 78 year old man who babied his vehicle from the time he bought it until he sold it to him, who also had his vehicle serviced at this business. When he purchased the vehicle, he looked under it for leaks and whatnot, it has nothing wrong. So, it is time for an oil change and tire rotation, his appointment was at 2 pm, while there they tell him that his cross member bar was bent. He said it was not like that when he came in, long story short, they lied, he feels, about placing the jack in the wrong place and bending it. He said if had he bought this vehicle from a 20 year old, he could understand it getting bent, as this happens when a person goes off roading, but this was not the case. He is contemplating contacting an attorney, he added he will never go here ever again, it is now going to cost him $1500 to $2000 to get it fixed.
We took our used car to Don's for some TLC. We bought this car from a private seller and none of the tires matched, it shook horribly, it hiccupped on acceleration, and so much more. Don's had it for a week and when we picked it up, it was like we bought a whole new car. It runs so smoothly now and we've had no other issues since. Knock on wood... The only thing we suggest is friendlier service.
Rita said she has been going there for years. They always give her an appointment right away and have always taken very good care of her vehicle. Shanda has been very courteous and kind.
