So sad and disappointed?
I have never been through something like this in my life I brought my car to this company trusting that they will do a good job because are they have fix my car prior but this time was the worst thing I’ve ever been through in my life I was charged $800 bucks for a problem with my car that they did not and could not fix, I was told this fee is because they TRIED to fix it !! but he still charge me the full amount it would have cost if the problem was fixed!! My car wasn’t even drivable when I picked it up me trying to be the reasonable person that I am I paid him the money and I left disappointed to go home and find out I have been robbed burglarized my car radio had been stolen out of my car my speakers and amplifier which cost me well over $1000 something dollars WAS GONE!! I immediately tracked the owner of this shop down he told me he knows what happened he left my car door unlocked the building next to theirs told me that their cars have been broken into as well he (The owner Mike) told me that he will replace my items with no problem that was three months ago I’ve been trying to track him down he has been dodging me the secretary that answers the phone every day laughs in my face and over the phone when i call.. my husband has went up there multiple times to try to reason with him he told me he was trying to get in contact with his insurance company so they could reimburse my things.. He made me run around and get model numbers and have been giving me the runaround. I still haven’t heard anything nothing has been done I feel so violated I don’t know what to do i lost my job I am even considering calling the local news this is not right I am a loyal customer to any company I deal with I would never do someone like this I’ve paid this man my hard earned money that I worked for blood sweat and tears!! If anyone knows a good lawyer please help this has turned into a personal issue for me!!( Oh I should Mention I drop my car off to him October 2021 to be fixed he didn’t turn my car over to me until over four months later.. I called multiple times trying to get my car I had the money they had excuses!!!
