New tires put on my Turbo R
I made a phone to Don Wood Polaris and spoke to Jason Ashcraft and asked him if I could drop off my wheels and tires for my 2023 Turbo R that I purchased from Don Wood Polaris and he told me to bring them down whenever I got time and they would definitely take care of me. I dropped them off on a Tuesday afternoon and by the time I got home that evening I received a text from Mr Ashcraft advising me that my wheels and tires are mounted on my new wheels and ready to be picked up. Don Wood Polaris treats everyone like they are family. The service department is phenomenal and Jerry Crum is THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS WHEN IT COMES TO KNOWING THE INS AND OUTS OF POLARIS. I will definitely be a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE with Don Wood Polaris.

Courteous check in but...
Check in was quick and the service tech was very courteous but if you're going to have Hisun in the name, should have an oil filter in stock and your app should have it listed to schedule service.

Not very satisfied
Toot over 6 weeks to replace a seal and still haven’t gotten the washer pump fixed. Changed me a50 dollar deductible for every thing they did . Not right

Hi Michael thanks for the feedback, however when theres a national backorder on a part it takes a little more time getting the repair done , Also the $50 dollar  deductibles you paid were put in place by Polaris as part of their extended service contract policy.

Excellent experience overall
From Jason and Jade during the purchasing of the Ranger to going down for my first service all has been great. Jason said at purchase time we will take care of you. From a quick in and out first service we are off to a great start. Very impressed thus far
