Not good, not happy
Our car threw the error “hybrid error” we had it towed to Don Wood, which is where we bought the car and are regular customers at. It took a week and a half to even be looked at. They then said it needed a battery, but they had to wait until it came in from head office. In total it took 7 weeks for the car to be completed. This is after many phone calls, and us stopping in multiple times a week. The only positive experience was the new service manager Matt, and the service staff. They were continually pleasant, and kind to speak with. Matt did push our car through and was able to get it fixed in a timely manner once he took on as the service manager roll.

All in all, it was a horrible experience and if we would’ve known the extent it would have taken for us to get our car back we would not have taken it there. I called Hugh white and astorg while our car was in Don Wood because I had no faith in Don Wood. The day Matt talked with us, was the day we were going to have it towed to Astorg. Matt did ease our concerns and was able to get it fixed.
