Unethical Sales Practices
By far the worst car I've ever seen. Where to start? My first clue should have been the salesman's email, trickyrick1223@gmail.com, Ricky Whittamore. I was a remote buyer so could not see the vehicle in person. I was relentless asking for extra pictures, videos and details of the vehicle. Two days after I had the vehicle the CEL came on. As we had it and had time to really inspect it there are bleach spots on the floor, the seat frames are rusted (how does that happen?), cupholders broken, filthy cupholders and other areas, stained and molded carpet, missing jack parts, AC leak under dash, no floor mats, the rear window switch doesn't work... I could go on and on. The salesman offered to cover the window switch – never happened. I called and emailed the GM multiple times – no response. Before I posted this I even gave them another opportunity to make things right – no help what-so-ever. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!
