Not a very pleasant experience…
Communication was terrible, never could get a status update. Took twice as long to complete as I was told. Then, once it was done, they tried to add on an extra $1000 but luckily I caught it and kept the print out of the work order.

Good afternoon Mr. Meade. We do apologize for the experience you had as that does not reflect the values we hold here. Transmission work takes time but we are sorry we did not keep you as informed as you would have preferred. As for the additional charges, that was an error made in part by the service writer being out sick and unaware that parts were added at the time. Excuses aside, we pride ourselves on transparent pricing, and it's clear we missed the mark this time. We are reviewing our internal processes to ensure this doesn't happen again. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and stress this has caused.
