Took me at last notice, worked on car quickly, and did a great job!
I had a strange noise coming from my car after being repaired at another shop in a different city. I brought it in to DNA late on a Thursday afternoon, without calling first, and DNA took me an immediately. They called me the next morning, they gave me a correct estimate at a very reasonable price, and finished it a few hours later. There were no surprises, they didn’t charge me for anything I didn’t need, and delivered the car quickly. This is my first trip to DNA, but it is now my new go to shop.

A+ service - top notch
Easy scheduling and smooth drop off. Very transparent and quick work of my service and multi point inspection. They send detailed photos to overview their findings and I took them up on their advice for a non-urgent item. A+!

Great initial visit
Replaced front brakes in a timely and cost effective manner ran a diagnostic on a used car I bought did an inspection and left me with a to do list. No doubt I will return to complete it.

DNA AUTOMOTIVE for all your maintenance and repair needs:
I like DNA Automotive, because they're honest and I support small businesses. I will go to them over Audi for any need. Audi treated me as a number. DNA, treats me with respect. They acknowledge me as a customer and they communicate with me to let me know what the problem is and what needs to be done next. Then they send me an email in detail of everything we talked about on the phone. It gives me the final cost and asks for my signature in order for them to
proceed. I appreciate that they know my car. From the first time that I dropped it off, their diagnostic tests told them everything that needs to be fixed. So, from my first visit, I've had a list to work off of. I do whatever maintenance needs to be done first. Because I don't drive that much I'm able to stretch out how often the maintenance is getting done. However, if I was a daily driver or drove miles at a time, I would have been damaged my car. I'm blessed to have DNA Automotive to rely on. Antonio is a true blessing. He continues to educate me. He also tries to help me financially. Knowing that I'm a repeat customer and that I'm not going anywhere, I feel like I receive very reasonable rates from them each time my car is serviced. It's not their fault, that I got stuck with the original maintenance for this car. If you need your car serviced I'd like to sway you to bring it to DNA Automotive. I'm sure you will become a forever customer as well. I always give them 10's. They're very meticulous and considerate of your time. You will fall in love with their services just as I have. Give DNA Automotive a chance for all of your automotive and/or your repair needs.

A review of my experience
I have gone to DNA Automotive to get my clutch repaired and most recently to get my alternator replaced. They are reliable, professional, knowledgeable and prompt. They have a great front desk team that is friendly and keeps you informed. I do and have recommended the to friends. How Pros Get It Done
