Thank you for leaving us a review. I was able to pull up your invoice and figure out what had happened.
Upon arrival the front tires would barely turn due to the extension on the front calipers and the metal wear from the pad to the rotor. Initially quoted the customer the left front caliper and refinish with the pads. however due to the nature of the wear we will need to replace the rotors, pads and both calipers. That is the reason for the price difference. Here at Divines we want to repair the issues the correct way, we were not able to resurface the rotors so we had to purchase new ones, we had to replace the pads with new ones and we had to replace the calibers. That is the reason for the price difference. We do try to save you money which is why we tried to resurface the rotors intially. When we found out that we were not able to, that is when we let you know what was needed and the price for everything. I apoligize for the price difference, and the time it took us to complete the job for you. The only way to insure your vehicle was safe to drive was replacing the damaged parts.
