I brought my car in for a simple wind screen and alignment. Joel called me and said he totaled my car in an accident in the lot. All they did was get the insurance for the car and no help in replacing it. When I said they have an ethical responsibility to help replace it they refused and then bad mouthed Bill Ditmire the deceased father and founder of Ditmire. Don’t bring you car here if you want it back.
