What a disgusting show of customer service and business ethics and responsibility! The unfortunate part of having to write this review is that I actually enjoyed the two gentleman that I had dealt with in the past. Extremely nice and VERY helpful... HOWEVER, when it came to dealing with money, true colors were exposed.
After you get a $600 repair bill and drive away you expect your vehicle to work. 1 mile down the road it breaks down. Poor quality of work?!?! Perhaps. Most disappointing though is that they offered to "reimburse" for the tow back to the shop. But that promise was quickly dismissed when they "were not responsible" for a different part that magically broke literally 2 minutes after they "repaired" the vehicle. People and businesses like this is exactly why people cannot trust mechanics. SHAMEFUL!

Liz made mw feel comfortable in knowing my car would be getting quality service at a fair price.
Edwin said this business was pretty quick. They were courteous, professional, and they gave him the best price from all of the businesses he got estimates from.
Andrea said her prior visit was great, but this time they forgot to turn off her oil change light. It is not a big deal. She was able to do it manually.
