Salesman messed up, the sales manager resolved the issue.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the salesman at the dealership where I bought my new Ellantra automobile. It was so uncomfortable for me that I nearly walked out on the salesman in the middle of the pitch. I provided a poor review based on the salesman‘s actions. But the sales manager of the entire team reached out to me very quickly. In fact he reached out several times he was so anxious to fix the problem. I’m very happy with the sales managers attention to this problem and for reaching out so quickly to make sure that I’d be happy. The five stars that I’ve given here are for the sales manager, not the salesman.

Nice dealership, pushy and covid-noncompliant salesman
Dealership is nice enough, but the salesman was too pushy for my taste. He Leaned in very close to my face when trying to make an important point about pricing, Which scared me In these Covid times.
