Check engine light just before a trip
The check engine light came on the afternoon before an International trip. Brought it to DiBacco's and while I was away they diagnosed the problem and made the repair with the car ready when I came back. The team is excellent and the service outstanding, always bring my car to them.

Another excellent experience
Have been going to DiBacco's for 20+ years and they continue to set the standard for customer service on the North Shore. Online reservation system worked very well, staff was professional and friendly, and the work was done on time. Thank you to all who work there!

Great turnaround, excellent office manager, response rate fast!

Amazing Communication, honest pricing, skilled workers
I am always pleased by the service provided by DiBacco's. There is always a prompt and courteous response when I reach out to schedule a service or when I have a question. I love how they text me a video to explain and show me the work that is needed on my car. I am always satisfied with work done on my car and the professionalism of everyone on staff. DiBacco's is the best!
I've been bringing my cars to DiBacco's for decades, and have never had anything less than a great experience. Everyone is so nice, very professional and knowledgeable, services done very efficiently and for a reasonable rate, and great at communicating (by texts, emails, phone calls- whatever's best for you). No reason to ever go elsewhere.

Tire sensor alarm just before RMV license road test
Our family just wanted to thank Mauro and the DiBacco’s team who bailed us out big time recently on short notice on the eve of the long holiday (Labor Day) weekend. They saved the day!

While out driving/practicing on Thursday (9-29-24) the afternoon prior to my sons RMV license road test - a tire sensor alarm condition occurred. This was especially concerning because the RMV road test examiner will cancel the license appointment if *any* alarm condition is present on the vehicle to be used for the test. We had to address this immediately.

As this alarm can be triggered when tire pressure gets too low we drove to a local repair station - checked the air pressure in all the tires - and found one tire that was especially low. After adding a few lbs of air the tire sensor alarm shut off and we went back to practicing for the license road test.

Then after driving another ~20 miles the tire sensor alarm condition occurred AGAIN and it was now after 6pm…too late in the day to bring the car anywhere for diagnosis.

Thinking about who could possibly assist us on short notice - I reached out to Mauro DiBacco because he’d done a superb job for us on an engine repair (same vehicle) last November and had also replaced a defective tire sensor at that time.

Mauro responded immediately and diagnosed the likely root cause of the problem based on the “steady” at all times (versus flashing) alarm condition…which suggested a low tire (not a defective tire sensor) being the issue.

Knowing that my sons RMV license road test appointment was at 1pm the following day in Wilmington - Mauro and team accommodated us with an 8am drop off appointment on Friday morning.

Maybe an hour after drop off - DiBacco’s called to advise the car was ready for pickup. They’d found a leak/hole in one of the tires - plugged it to resolve the problem and tire sensor alarm condition was cleared for good!

Thanks to DiBacco’s quick response - expert diagnosis - and accommodating us on such short notice - my son was able to keep his appointment with the RMV and he passed his license road test ?.

The DiBacco’s team took good care of us as a valued customer and we are so grateful ?.

I was passing through Beverly & I needed to get my car taken care of, I decided to check some places out. I pulled into DiBaccos & was able to talk to the owner, Mauro. Got a business card & looked around at other places but I decided to come to DiBaccos because first impressions of meeting the owner: kind, honest, ready to go. We connected a little later in the day & he told me I needed to get some work done on my car. We set up a later date for my car to be fixed that worked out for me. Fast-forward to the date of maintenance work, I was shocked to see how busy they already were at 9:30am! They had at least 6 cars they were working on, so if you’re getting work done I’d recommend going a bit earlier. Nothing wrong with how busy they are though, that’s a good thing - shows they know what they’re doing! Super friendly, gets the job done, and took great care of my dearest friend (my car). I’m relieved I found this place, I am confident I can depend on them for maintenance on my beauty! Thanks Mauro for everything! See you next time my baby needs some TLC!

Serpentine Belt failed
The serpentine belt and alternator pulley failed and the car could not be used. I was leaving on a business trip and DiBacco's repaired the car and it was ready for me when I got returned home. Great service, as always, would not go anywhere else.
