Audio System issues!
One morning my XC60 suddenly had no sound at all—radio, Bluetooth, parking tones, nothing. The screen and controls still worked, which made it even stranger. They traced the problem through the audio network and found the amplifier module had failed and was interrupting communication with the rest of the system. Sarah at the front desk kept me updated whenever I called the front desk for an update about the replacement was being programmed. It took an extra day, but everything sounds normal again.
