POOR PR FOR OWNERS OF STOLEN VEHICLES
Like a thousand or so other Columbus residents, my car was stolen on the Monday before Thanksgiving. It was recovered and I took it to Dennis Hyundai in Dublin for repairs. I dropped it off on NOV 28 and picked it up on DEC 29 - due to poor service from my insurance company and back orders on parts.

When I picked up my vehicle, I had to pay for it completely since, evidently, no one in service was in contact with my insurance company. The new key fob would not work, since "only the key is part of the repair service and not the fob." I was cheerfully told I would need to use the NEW fob to start the car but I could still use the OLD fob to arm the locks.

With a rash of stolen vehicles due to their poor engineering - and they won't even include the cost of arming a new key fob? Really? I guess they really hate good PR or even taking care of their customers!

I will never purchase another Hyundai and will encourage everyone I know to steer clear of Dennis Hyundai, as well.
