2019 Dodge Journey Crossroad "Orange"
I would like to say that my vehicle started having noticeable issues the same day that my brother died. I was trying to rush to him while they were performing CPR. A few days later when I finally a little time I reached out to get the issues resolved. Mr. John was the person who I believe was in charge of diagnosing and fixing my vehicle. He was such a kind soul. He called me each time, even before Carmax called me, to fill me in on everything. He also took his valuable time and patience to speak with me about my loss. He may not know how much of a difference that really made for me. He went above and beyond to help in all ways possible. I'm very grateful. I hope he knows how special he truly is and also how appreciative I am. It would be a shame if the business didn't address or acknowledge how much of an asset he is to them. If he does see this.. Mr. John, THANK YOU! Thank you for your professionalism, your kindness, your words of encouragement, your hard work & determination, and your prayers & love. You are proof that angels really do walk earth. May God bless you. Thank you also to Dennis Automotive!!!!!

Dennis Automotive Best Experience
My 2007 Lexus transmission went out and I bought it to Dennis Automotive after speaking with Mark. I when to this shop because I have Endurance Warranty. Mark told me that it a may awhile but he would do is very best to get it covered and he did. He kept me informed throughout the process. I would recommend this shop .

Dennis Automotive was great from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up they kept me up to date with all the information I needed , they are very polite and patient , when I get in to pay and pick up my vehicle everyone was very nice to me I highly recommend Dennis Automotive to anyone that needs help with their vehicle .

I've found my new Mechanic
Very thorough and professional from the first phone call all the way until I picked up my keys. The price hurt much less than I thought it would especially after taking my car to the dealership. They explained everything to me and did not do work that wasn't needed (like I was told I needed at a national tire company). I'm very happy my fruend recommended them.

Thorough and thoughtful service for your vehicle
I had to have my engine replaced in my Dodge charger,Jon walk me through each step and explained what a Jasper replacement engine entailed, will definitely bring the car back for all schedule maintenance, worth it just for the peace of mind that it’s done right

Starter service.
NEW Starter suddenly quit working. Shop quickly trouble shot the problem which was the signal wire had worked itself out of it's connector.

Stop by Dennis Automotive for the 1st time and explain the issues with my truck, they checked it out and solved the issue for me. I’m glad I stop by. I have a new shop to rely on repairing my vehicles, very professional and courteous.
