My car has been there 3 mos & they have given me nothing but excuses as to why they can't fix it. The GEICO agent went out there yesterday & now they claim they need a new wire harness because the car caught fire when they started it. They have claimed they needed that for 2 weeks. First, it was in the paint shop, then they took it out and apart. It's been in the paint shop for the last 3 weeks. They told the agent they don't want to work on it; this after 3 mos. I have been trapped in La Porte for 3 mos, can't see a doctor or my hairdresser, just moved, & now they want GEICO to total it. He says that this is very typical of this dealership and they are just trying to get as much money as possible w/o doing any work.
