I had 3 repair shops to choose from. Based on online reviews alone, I decided on Delta Collision. I can say with 100% certainty that I definitely made the right choice. The customer service and quality of work was Awesome. I would absolutely use Delta again if the need arises and have no problem recommending them to anyone! Very satisfied customer. Thank you.
Would not recommend based on the following: Length of time they had the car was too long in my opinion. There was very little communication while they had my car. Once I got my car back it smelled like paint very badly. Parts were left in my back seat that I had to return. The tail lights did not work after I got the car back.
Overall, my experience with Delta Collision was excellent. However, I do think that leaving my car with them for three weeks to fix the accident damage was a bit too long.
