Del's had good reviews, so I hired them to do the PPI on the Boxster. The staff were excellent and responded to my many questions post-PPI. As good as Del's was, the dealer, Timeless Motors in Stafford, VA was BEYOND deceitful!
The PPI did not include a thorough structural examination, so Del's did not notice that the Boxster had structural damage, which I found out as a result of doing a VERY deep dive into the car's history.
During my research on the car's history, not only did I discover Timeless Motors paid $14K for the car at an auction snd we're selling it at about $18K, I found out they had a history of submitting car damages to Carfax AFTER the sale!
In other words, I almost purchased the car, and afterward, Timeless Motors would have submitted structural damage to Carfax, which my research reveled they have an extensive history of these unsavory tactics.
Again, major kudos to Del's for their professionalism and service, but I wish the PPI would have included inspectioning the car for structural damage. Perhaps they may consider including that in future PPI's, even if it means increasing their fees.
Fortunately, though, I saved thousands of dollars by not getting fleeced by Timeless Motors.
