I would hope that when a customer would write a review on a business, they write the facts and not make up facts to make the business look bad. Here are the facts: you were charged .60 hours for diagnostic time to figure out what was wrong with your car and 1.5 hours to remove and replace the starter assembly, not the 3.5 hours that you stated. The list price on the starter was $349.99. Our labor rate is $164 per hour. I understand that the repair was costly, but please make sure you do not just say a bad review because you are not happy that the car needed a repair that was costly and please use facts when writing a review.
