I decided I needed an extra key fob for my car. Didn't realize the model of key fob I needed was hard to find. Also didn't realize they were over $600 when parts + service were added together. That price is indeed higher than many other places that I've been. But I wanted that key immediately and there I was.

Brad Robinson, Service Advisor, got me settled in quickly. Now, I wish he'd have told me I needed to pay extra for the key that came with the fob. I wouldn't have done that had I known. But other than that, I'd say the experience was stellar. Brad got me onto the schedule right there and then. Great job overall and I was pleased.
