Purchase of my 2026 Gv80
I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from the delray genesis dealership nor will I ever use their service department ever again. We have had nothing but problems with this car. When we finally had service fix the problems that we caught right after the purchase, which took almost two weeks, we were told to contact the sales manager if we ever needed help with anything again. Guess what!!???!!! We did. We drove to Georgia for the holidays to visit family and once we got back home to Boca, the engine light came on. It’s been a week since my husband left a voice mail and text with the sales manager and he never returned the call. We took it to another Genesis dealership and they were wonderful. The dealership in Deerfield will be getting our business with the purchase of any future vehicles going forward. Delray Genesis is a joke. The service department is so unorganized. Whole dealership in delray is the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever encountered. I would love Pedro roman, Genesis general manager to receive a play by play of my husband and my experience. I will be voicing my disappointment of Delray Genesis with anyone that asks about our gv80.
