Very very poor.
I bought a 22 GV70 from them late Dec., 2024. It was "certified" and for that privilege, I got 12 months extra warranty and paid $1,550 extra. The certified piece means, they told me, that the car had undergone severe testing to ensure all was correct. When my wife waited to pick up the car, there was a delay of about 2 hours, supposedly cleaning. That was a lie as there were issues with the warning lights they couldn't fix. Two days later, the check engine light came on. After trying to get to service, they hada 6 day delay. The sales manager Mr Rice told me no problem, just drive it until service as did the salesman, Noel. They tried to convince me that the water in the headlamp was just "sweat" (quote) but what happened to the so called certification? More than 2 weeks later, I still have a loaner that they are billing the warranty for $110 daily and I have rec'd zero update on the car plus I have left messages which they do not respond to. The 2nd key has still not arrived after almost a month. Truly terrible.
