I went in for an oil change and they said the rear brakes were 10% so I had those replaced also. Of course SOME car repair shops will tell you that to make money, but they provide photos and it makes sense that the brakes were low and the price wasn't too bad so it's a convenience for me to not have to find out in a few months that the brakes are low.
