Poor communication
I just booked an appointment to have service done on my car at our local Hyundai Delaney dealer. I called for my second oil change. Gave the young lady over the phone my exact mileage. She put me on hold and returned and said “sir you will be fine”. I rearranged my day, showed up this morning only to find out my car was needing another 1000 miles. The sad thing is I’ve bought 3 Hyundai vehicles in the past 6 years and none from this dealer because of situations just like this. I was a retail manager for 40 years. This was an easy fix to take care of the customer
