Horrible service in every department
From the moment I scheduled an appointment, it all went downhill. I stepped in to the dealership and was immediately passed off to a sub-par sales person. The sales person had no knowledge of the vehicle and operated at a very low rate of speed. I had already done my research so I continued with the purchase. They sold me on a dealership package which is worthless, there is no such thing as lifetime oil changes. All they do is give you a $30 discount. On top of that when I scheduled to get a bedliner and oil change, the service person called in sick the next day and told no one about my appointment (their excuse is that that employee no longer works for them). The following day (day 2) I show up to pick up my truck and no one can find my keys. It is apparent that the sales department in the service department never talk to each other. This was stated to me by multiple employees. Upon walking out to my truck I found dirt in the floor mats in a hairline scratch on my tailgate. I will never utilize this dealership again, it was a waste of time. When I called to get a refund for my dealership package, the sales manager tried to feed me a load of sales jargon. I told him I got nothing out of this process, but if he would talk to his employees and get everyone on the same sheet of music, maybe they could get something from my disaster. Never use this dealership.
