It is very unfortunate that this company doesn’t have a latest software and processes and following very old systems. This is leading to very worst customer experience. Volkswagen should chose right qualified companies for selling and serving their cars. Shame on Volkswagen. I had to wait for particular advisor to know what is going on and no other staff including the manager doesn’t have any visibility on the status. Shame to see such company in 2022 era
