Lack of service!
It’s to much to type!! Long story short I went for 4 new tires and an alignment on Friday the 5th at 10:00 am. He told me it would take about a hour and a half. I called at 12 said my car was not ready. Called back at 3 car still was not ready. He called me around 3:35 and said my vehicle was ready, I get to see my truck still up in the air. At this point I’m so frustrated!! Here it is Sunday the 7th and I have to take my vehicle back for the alignment because the machine stop working. My truck is pulling to the left so bad that I am using my daughter vehicle to get to and from work. Been on my job 7 years and never had a write up. That was due to the man guaranteeing me that my vehicle would be ready in that time period. Also I was told to call Saturday so I could be the first one in and guess what I called a 8 like he instructed me to do and he said it was 3 vehicles in front of me so I was told to come in Monday which will be the 8th fingers crossed that I get my vehicle fixed.
