Above and Beyond
Brought my car in because it had to be jumpstarted and was running rough. Thought it was my battery or starter but turned out to be a problem with the exhaust manifold. Fortunately it was still under warranty. Once they got it in they discovered an exhaust leak and, unfortunately, the parts were no longer available. They worked long and hard fashioning replacement parts with materials they had at hand, and at last the exhaust system ran cleanly and efficiently. I figured they would charge for the hours and effort they put in but there was no charge! I am a regular customer and have spent a lot getting this vehicle fixed over the years. Still, this was above and beyond and I'm so appreciative to have an honest mechanic and one who will always take extra steps to make sure my vehicle runs smoothly and properly. I strongly recommend Dearing for your automotive repair needs!
