Great Customer Service

Quality customer service
Have been a customer of Dean's for several years now. I love the honesty of their customer service representatives. Their service technicians are top notch and have certifications that shows in the quality of the work they do.
I also like the fact that they warranty the work they do and there are no hidden costs, as you receive a printed list of work to be done.

Car leaking fluid and overheating
I noticed my car was leaking fluid and was recommended Dean’s to get it checked out by my coworker. My coworker called to see if it was possible for Dean’s to check it out. Tyler said they could check it out the same day and give a diagnostic report. My car was dropped off around 11am and only a few hours later Tyler called to let me know the water pump and serpentine belt needed to be replaced. He said they would be able to have it done by noon the next day, told me the price and also said he would make sure to give me a 10% first responder discount after noticing my badge when I dropped my car off. Tyler called the next day before noon (as promised) and said it was ready. Dean’s was friendly, fast, reasonably priced and were kind to offer a first responder discount. I will likely use them for repairs in the future as needed and would recommend them to others.
