I just finished my lease with a competitor and was not satisfied with their service. Came over to The Dean Team Hyundai and worked with Ben Bizzle, he was exceptional. Kept my needs in mind when finding me a car and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Very satisfied with my experience.

Great service
The web site was very easy to follow and the vehicle description was easy to understand. We provided contact information and within 24 hours a salesman contacted us. He answered our questions and provided updates on the status of our delivery. I am very pleased with their service and I would highly recommend to anyone. Completely ignoring local health orders.
We bought a car here because we needed one and the market is tight.

My wife is an MD, so it's galling to see a customer facing organization, Dean Team, completely ignore public health orders by having NONE of their employees masked.

When I was there, there were elderly customers with masks on, but Dean Team employees couldn't even be bothered to mask up for them. I'm sure there's some weird political angle to it, but I just don't understand at least wearing masks for the customers that are taking things seriously.

Anyway, we'll be recommending against Dean Team to our coworkers and networks. It's annoying to have given them money, but hopefully we can at least help divert future business to other dealers that actually care about their customers, community, and health care systems.

Sales Experience
It was time to replace my cars that were on average over 10 years old.

I was impressed with Hyundai’s warranty and drove out to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon with my wife and saw a new car we liked.

My sales representative, Tommy, explained that due to the Chip shortage the inventory of both new and used cars was at a premium.

I saw the lack of inventory at other dealerships and knew what Tommy said was true.

Bottom line Is that I purchased from Tommy and the Dean Team a new car and a 2018 pre owned car in a span of 14 days.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the sales process.

Got exactly what we wanted at a fair price
We were contacted about an early return of our leased vehicle while out of town. We worked out a deal on the phone contingent on our inspecting and test driving the vehicle. They stayed with the deal as we had discussed and we are very happy with the car.

Great Experience!
Ryan C. made the car buying experience great! It was was first time purchasing a car on my own and he answered all of my questions i had, and fully explained everything.
