Proved to provide Great Customer Service!!
I purchased a car Jan 2021 from Oxnard Honda. My experience was initially good, then it went downhill as I was leaving the dealership. However, long story short....Daniel-Sales, Doug-Sales Mgr., Brian-Service Mgr. all went ABOVE and BEYOND to make a positive of a negative experience. And I do mean beyond!! I have much gratitude for all of them reaching out, taking alot of time, staying in touch and delivering great service, also keeping me informed, most of all keeping their word!! I would definitely make the drive to Oxnard from Valencia again to purchase a car! Love ya guys!! Great service after all!!

Ragtime
My daughter brought her Civic in to repair a few items (aux cord port, oil leaks, etc.). She was given the car at the end of the day, and drove off thinking all was fine. Unfortunately, the car broke down on 101 approximately 2 miles from the dealership. Fortunately, two gentlemen helped her push it off the freeway and she got towed back to the dealership. They were closed by then, so we weren't able to speak to the team until the next day. However, we did find a rag that they left in the engine. And we found out the next day that the dealership never test drove the car before handing the keys to my daughter. All was fine after they checked out the car the next day, so our assumption is that the rag was the issue. That being said, the dealership refused to cover the Uber charges that my daughter incurred to get home that evening. And they never returned my call to discuss the issue. If this is the kind of service that you'd like, then I highly recommend Honda of Oxnard.

Spoke with Jose. Jose said he has to take the vehicle back because there is something else wrong. The head light is out. He does not like to make a second trip. However, they did a good job on what they did. He plans to purchase another vehicle soon, in about one year, a sedan. Jose would recommend that they focus on little things or minor things and make an overall inspection before returning the vehicle to the customer to make certain everything is working properly.
