I was just sick when that man went the wrong way in a parking lot and hit my brand new car. DB was an authorized repair center for Subaru. Everyone was very nice and I felt good there. The estimate was higher than where the other insurance wanted me to go and then ended up being double but they got the money from them thankfully. I would have liked more contact on what was going on but when they did have the parts that picked up. Also liked the email they sent with the pictures of all the work they were doing. I would go here again but hopefully I won't be hit again.
